Beautiful to look at.
Right for real life.

01

How you live.

Everyday use, children, pets and the position of the furniture can all influence a practical fabric choice.

02

How it feels.

Texture, weave and colour look different in your own light. Discuss actual samples before making a final choice.

03

How it sits.

Patterns, repeats and the shape of the furniture affect the amount of fabric and how it can be placed.

Details that belong together

A finishing touch.
A personal choice.

Piping, buttons, pleats and other details can quietly complement a piece or make a statement. Consider them alongside the main fabric and the shape of the furniture.

Good questions

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

Advice from our workshop.
Every piece is different.

Ask us about your piece
Can I supply my own fabric?

Absolutely. Many clients and interior designers supply their own fabric. We need to confirm that it is suitable for upholstery use and complies with the relevant fire regulations. Where required, an FR fire-retardant interliner may be used to help achieve compliance.

We can also advise how many metres of fabric your furniture is likely to require.

Can you match existing furniture?

Generally, yes. We can work to match the style of existing furniture, fabric colours, seating heights and overall proportions to help achieve a cohesive finish.
