01. About this website
This website is operated by BEECHWOOD SOFAS LIMITED, trading as D&P Upholstery, company number 05248879, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 52 Elmsleigh Gardens, Cleadon, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR6 7PU. Contact the workshop at info@dp-upholstery.co.uk or 0191 487 5017.
02. Enquiries and estimates
Website information helps you explore our services. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or confirm a price, collection date or completion date. The scope, materials, price, timing and any terms for actual work need to be agreed separately with the workshop. An estimate from photographs may need to be revised after the piece has been inspected.
These are website-use terms, not a replacement for the terms of an individual upholstery or furniture order. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
03. Images, fabrics and project stories
Colours, texture and scale can look different on different screens. Please discuss samples and suitability with us before making a final fabric choice. Case-study details relate to the project described; they are not a guarantee that another piece will have the same process, result or timescale. Any illustrative example is labelled as such.
Photographs, films, text and design materials on this site are protected by intellectual property rights held by us or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the website for normal personal or business enquiries. Please ask before copying or reusing materials for publication or commercial use.
04. Information you send
Please send information you are entitled to share, keep it relevant to the work and avoid confidential or sensitive material in uploaded photographs. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, spam, malicious files or material that infringes another person’s rights. How enquiry data is stored and used is explained in our Privacy policy.
05. Availability and external links
We may update the site and occasionally need to interrupt access for maintenance. Please contact the workshop if information appears incorrect or a feature is unavailable. External links are provided for convenience; the content and privacy practices of those websites are controlled by their operators.
06. Questions or concerns
